Mobile Phase:Acetonitrile/25 mM NH₄H₂PO₄ (pH=2.0) = 80/20
Flow Rate:1.0 mL/min
Detection:UV at 400 nm
Injection Volume:10 µL

Fatty Acids Sample Preparation:

Fatty acids were derivatized with
2-NPH (YMC Co., Ltd)
